About us
Since 2015, the public union "All-Ukrainian Union of the Disabled of Chornobyl" (hereinafter "VSYCH") has been engaged in social, legal protection and volunteer assistance to persons with disabilities, children evacuated from the exclusion zone, liquidation participants and victims of the Chernobyl disaster. The total number of Chernobyl residents of all categories registered in the social welfare departments of Ukraine is 1,743,803 people.
97% of these citizens, due to their age, medical illnesses, and physical incapacity, constantly need help and support from the state. The government of Ukraine, for obvious reasons, is unable to take care of everyone today.
GS "VSYCH", due to its capabilities, performs, including, governmental functions.
